His work exudes a level spirituality and an organic connection with the human condition. This reflects his experiences being raised by a city grandmother and a country grandmother, as well as being the son and grandson of preachers. Angelo’s creations invite the viewer to participate in a physical, mental, or spiritual dialogue with what they experience. He brings deep vibrant abstracts, joyous mixed-media pieces, large scale figures, installation pieces or assemblages to life using vivid colors and bold compositions. Angelo envisions a future where technology, traditional mediums and objects converge to challenge perceptions of reality. His work explores themes of identity, resilience and the human experience, inviting viewers to engage with their own narratives. By integrating military, spiritual and creative experiences with vibrant visual elements, Angelo aims to create dynamic environments that resonate on an emotional, intellectual and or spiritual level with each observer. His innovative approach not only reflects his unique journey but also inspires a dialogue about the ever-evolving nature of art in our society.

Delvin Goode
Read about Delvin here
Delvin Goode was born in 1978 in Riverside, California. His father was a United States Air Force member which provided Goode valuable experiences in both America and Europe as a child. His father and siblings were talented artists, and his parents often held art competitions in their home, and every Friday at the local Pizza Hut by drawing caricatures of each other until their food arrived. This familial nurturing provided Goode with a comical and unique sense of artistic independence manifesting itself across multiple mediums throughout his life.
During his undergrad studies at Florida State University, Goode explored painting and drawing but chose graphic design as his major. Once his core requirements were met, Goode enrolled in a ceramic course that dramatically shifted his passion in arts. Creating functional works such as cups and bowls provided him a level of intimacy that he could not achieve with any other medium. The concept of function, and the idea of patrons using versus viewing his art has been a major motivation in his work ever since.
In 2002, Goode joined the United States Army as UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter Mechanic. Throughout his military career he continued to gain experience by artistically supporting Army units with graphics or by taking on various commissioned art projects. In 2015, while attending the Army’s Command and General Staff College in Leavenworth, Kansas, Goode concurrently started a master’s degree program in fine arts at Fort Hays State University and began a focused exploration of ceramics. Feeling that his ceramic skills had finally matched his other talents, Goode started glazing similar graphics on ceramic mugs. He received his MFA in Ceramics in 2021 and had officially found his voice in ceramics at that time.
In 2023, Goode retired from the military and began his career at Speedball Art Products as the Ceramics Product Marketing Manager. Through this position he continues to make an impact on the world of art both ceramically and through several other mediums for artists across the globe.
Years of commissioned art, military experiences, and his love for functional ware permeate throughout Goode’s work. Just like his varied careers, his combination of ceramics, graphic design, and other mediums continue to evolve in fresh new ways humorously teetering the line between art and commercially produced wares.

I am a self-taught artist living in the coastal town of Carlsbad, California, am retired from the Navy, a full-time student, and an art instructor, mentor, mom and grandmother. I have been exploring different mediums and guiding students through creative art classes for more than 10 years.
I find inspiration from my love of people and nature. Passionate about my craft I draw from my personal experience and am fearless in my use of color and texture in my creative process.
My art process, which I affectionately refer to as “Art Every Day, it’s a Mindset,” is not just about creating art, but a way of life. I choose to layer up in texture and color, using it as a metaphor for living life with a sense of possibility and opportunity, rooted in curiosity and hope.
My commitment to using art as a tool for healing and hope is unwavering. I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of my art on veterans, women, youth, and their families. My goal is to extend this impact to a wider audience.
Creative Process
I believe the practice of art is fodder for one’s soul. For me, it is as necessary as the very air I breathe. I enjoy making the painting process approachable, exciting, and inclusive through my use of color, texture, and layer-up approach. It boosts confidence and ignites the creative spirit for myself and those I work with.
Feel free to contact me regarding commissions, special editions, or any questions regarding my work, class opportunities, or “Art Every Day, Mindset.”
I look forward to hearing from you.
With love and hugs,
Kat

Working primarily in fashion, music and documentary, I’ve seen the world through a camera.
My personal work explores human connection, driven in large parts by the diversity of experiences and interactions I’ve had through my professional life. From combat duty in the US Navy during Operation Desert Storm to high end fashion in Paris, Tokyo and Milan, I’ve met a huge number of people from super varying places and positions in life. I always seek to uncover the commonality of people, through interviews, verité documentary footage or stills.
I seek through my portraiture to penetrate the veneer and look further into the soul, to create a connection. My landscapes are intended to contextualize the human imprint on our world, the intentional choices in things like signage, lighting, architecture, color which have accumulated and deteriorated over time.
I grew up in suburban Detroit and North San Diego County, riding BMX and shooting photos and films. I studied at UC San Diego and San Francisco State University. After two decades in San Francisco and Brooklyn I settled in Beacon, NY with my wife Anne, son Milo, mother Rosemary, dogs Otis & Roxy and a silly number of bicycles.
